We develop custom web and mobile applications for healthcare, financial services, energy and government clients, as well as start-ups. We use multiple test automation frameworks and we apply Agile methodology principles to our development and management process. Salary (gross): 12-20k PLN (depending on experience & employment agreement)

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce skillfully crafted software in front-end tier of a web application
- Develop and improve responsive and mobile friendly versions of web apps
- Thoughtfully analyze and clearly communicate technical recommendations
- Keep up with changes and trends in the industry
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues
- Proactively influence our business (improving our methodology, delivery, work environment, etc.)
Core Requirements:
- A solid grasp on modern frontend development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and frontend JS frameworks (e.g., Angular , Ember, Backbone, React)
- Knowledge of modern front-end languages and dev tools (e.g. ES6, TypeScript, Sass, Less, Webpack, npm, Babel)
- Experience with Bootstrap or other grid frameworks
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of UX
- Understanding of web application security problems
- Automated testing experience
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Proven analytical, planning, and software design skills
- Working knowledge of build & continuous integration tools
- Readiness and interest to learn new technologies
- IT-related university degree or equivalent work experience
- Passion for getting things done well
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Optional Nice-to-Haves:
- Database design and SQL skills with RDMS and NoSQL databases
- Back-end development experience: Ruby on Rails, JAVA, C#, other
- Mobile application development experience: iOS, Android
- Basic system administration (Windows/Linux/Database) skills
