Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of month-end closing activities (incl. liaising with general ledger team for standing journals, accruals / prepayments reviews, preparation of non-recurring journals)
- Coordination of intercompany cross-charges (incl. validation of amounts and supporting documentation, preparation of accounting journals and back-ups, liaising with counter parties regarding mismatches)
- Responding to queries and solving problems related to accounting issues (incl. account reconciliations, ensuring alignment with internal policies / guidelines)
- Participation in Year End closing (incl. Transfer Pricing validations, PSA reviews)
- Participation in monthly reporting of actual results (incl. variance analysis & identification of main performance drivers, preparation of management reports for business lines)
- Partnering with business stakeholders to support them in understanding cost variances. Coordination with FP&A team on the consolidated financials’ review and analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast
- Contribution to annual/quarterly planning and forecasting processes (incl. maintenance / preparation of input templates, upload of input data to reporting system)
Requirements:
- Advanced in Excel, strong analytical / numerical skills
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles (started CIMA/ACCA qualification is a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- About 3 years + of experience in a multinational environment desirable
- Comfortable working with senior management and external parties
- A self-starter with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Organized and flexible with ability to work under time pressure
