Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning management, coordination and financial control of delivery for a number of customers. The portfolio of customer projects will typically have total revenue in the range £2m to £10m per annum. The role holder will report to a SVP of Delivery.

Manage end to end delivery process including the customer relationship and the pipeline of future work with their customers;

Ensure customer projects are delivered to agreed timescales, quality levels and budgets;

Ensure that projects are started correctly, with appropriate resources and processes;

Manage customer escalations;

Understand customer roadmap and ensure Mobica has a stake in the roadmap;

Ensure that appropriate skilled and trained resources are allocated to the projects;
-
Ensure that appropriate Mobica or customer engineering processes are followed.

At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle Software development projects;

At least 2 years of experience managing software development project;

At least 2 years of experience managing project for customers;

At least years of experience working in a services company;

Experience in Agile project management methodologies;

Experience in requirement management;

Experience in software design;
-
Experience in software system test;

Good spoken and written English.
