Join our Aerospace Electronics team as Senior Embedded Software V&V Engineer. We are seeking a skilled and passionate engineer to develop and test airborne embedded software for new generation engine controllers.
Key Essential Functions:
- Develop customer counterpart applications to efficiently test the functionality of new aircraft controllers
- Design, develop and test of moderate to high complexity, highly integrated software systems
- Developing embedded software running under Real-Time Operating System control
- Performing unit testing, troubleshooting, software integration, verification and maintenance
- Responsible for requirements capture, analysis and design
- Cooperate with System, Verification and Platform Engineers in international teams
- New technologies evaluation
Qualifications:

Must have:
- 6 years+ of proven experience in embedded software development and verification
- Strong experience authoring C language
- Experience in software/system verification
- Experience using standard SW engineering tools (VCS, issue tracking, IDEs, CM)
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Effective communication skills in English

Would be a plus:
- Experience in development of applications for Real-Time Operating Systems
- Hands-on experience utilizing RTCA/DO-178
- Understanding of Safety Critical applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile-based approach to SW development
