Join our Integrated Package Control Solutions Department team as an Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer.

Responsible for providing moderate to high level design of modern industrial electronics HW
-
Performs work that involves conventional engineering practices, but includes
a variety of complex features, such as conflicting design requirements -
Design, support and/or test moderate to high complexity hardware boards and systems

Independently troubleshoots/analyzes system problems
-
Independently writes and performs complex component tests
-
Ensures designs meet functionality, manufacturability, testability, Product Compliance and reliability criteria

Provides direct support of sales, manufacturing, purchasing and development by sharing information in the form of major/complex proposals and design reviews

Sets technical direction and problem solving guidance to Junior Engineers and Technicians

May be the Technical Lead of international and multi-site projects

Responsible for a close cooperation with Product Compliance Engineers

Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Automatic Control Engineering

Greater than 4 years in related field required
-
Broad knowledge of electronic technologies and components
-
Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design
-
Working experience in Electrical CAD software such as Mentor Expedition
-
Good use of electrical design simulation tools such as PSpice and other analytical tools
-
Complex problem solving/troubleshooting skills for both components and subsystems
-
Design for Sigma knowledge (Green Belt certification will be a plus)

Understanding of the cost trade-offs and reliability engineering aspects in industrial products

Experience in using of common lab tools including Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc.

Effective written and verbal communication skills including presentations

Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written
