Senior Data Analyst - Data Management [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The Senior Analyst role encompasses design & technical delivery of efficient HR reporting & business intelligence framework using Workday. This role supports JLL’s talent initiatives by partnering with HR and business leaders to create leading and innovative reporting solutions, resolve complex data requests, provide critical interpretation of data and communicate information and insights in a meaningful and powerful voice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform property data clean-up and enrichment
- Prepare data for migrations and transitions
- Manage data migration projects for clients
- Perform data loading jobs or manual data entry using Service Delivery Applications as needed
- Define data clean-up rules for IT implementation
Requirements:
- SQL development experience.
- Data management related experience in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Library Science, or Computer Science
- Data analysis skills are essential. Understand business needs; be able to interpret requirements, identify impacts and analyze problems to determine impacts to business processes throughout the organization
- Strong attention to detail, testing to identify defects, analyzes raw data and ability to drive remediation
- High level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) required. Sharepoint experience a plus
- Fluent in English language written and spoken required
