Senior Control Software Engineer - Niepołomice

Join our Engineering team as an Senior Control Software Engineer.

DUTIES:

Design and development of Control Software for Frequency and DC/DC converters for Marine applications
C / C++ software coding for embedded platforms
Design and coding of system for protection/automation that comply with Marine regulations
Verification and validation of control algorithms software
Definition, execution and reporting of equivalent test procedures
Use of the Woodward SCM & Release Management System
Support the Product Life Cycle Management of the converter product range within the engineering department
Implementation of automated test procedures
Participation in international and multi-site projects

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Master / Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering required
Experience in software testing on real time operating systems
Knowledge of FPGA systems and VHDL advantageous
Basic know how of power conversion technology, power electronics, electrical machines and relevant control algorithms
Competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting
Ability to effectively operate in the team-work environment and communicate with team members
Solid communication skills
Strong English language skills
