Senior Consultant - Hotel Advisory [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
You will be joining the team that sits in the wider Capital Markets platform at JLL. Hotels is a dedicated business line within this platform which is run by a Director and supported by Junior Consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Hotel business analysis - review of to date trading performance, effectiveness of the current management, impact of the brand, impact of the competition
- Hotel market reports - hotel market reviews and research studies
- Feasibility studies - comprehensive viability studies including a detailed market analysis
- Contract negotiation
- Operator search - process that entails approaching operators actively looking for new hotel sites and matching them with our Client’s properties
- Investment advice - this is a wider role that includes representing our Clients in the process of hotel acquisition and disposal
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong real estate background (at least 5-6 years)
- Previous experience with hotels
- In-depth understanding of the hotel P&L
- An ability to analyse underlying hotel business dynamics, demand drivers, competition, impact of new supply, etc.
- An ideal candidate should have a previous experience in preparing hotel feasibility studies
- Any previous involvement with hotel development or hotel transactions would be highly beneficial
- Be very comfortable with the MS Office and have good writing skills
