We are looking for experienced and motivated Competence Development Senior Specialist to take a leading role and responsibility in Competence Development projects and work streams. Tasks dedicated for our Senior Specialist are:

goal definition of competence development (both strategic and short-term) in cooperation with key stakeholders like middle managers or HR,
-
identification of learning topics and activities (including interviews and research),
-
pre-diagnostic of skill-set – identification of candidates for programs and competence pre-test preparation in cooperation with trainers and subject matter experts,
-
i dentification of the best solutions – deciding which it most suitable for learning needs, negotiating with internal trainers, external training companies, mentors and task owners,
-
competence transfer implementation, including conducting training if needed,
-
competence transfer validation and actual work results measurement in order to present effects to middle and top managers.

educational background in psychology or any related area, incl. knowledge on how people learn and how does motivation work,
-
expertise in competence development area (e.g. measuring learning, development design, adult learning principles, learning needs analysis, knowledge management, being up-to-date with latest trends and research, strategic and operational competence development, data analysis and research tools, evidence based learning),
-
advanced level of soft competence such as customer focus, influencing, negotiations, motivating others, comfort around higher management, organizing skills, communication and presentation skills,
-
trainer’s experience - conducting and designing training,
-
at least basic familiarity with internal communications,
-
good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
-
very good communication in English(both written and spoken),
-
experience in corporate environment, especially in direct cooperation with middle and top managers.
