Senior Clinical Research Associate

Job description
We are looking to recruit committed individuals to work in a busy clinical research department providing essential monitoring support. The role provides the opportunity to develop monitoring skills with advanced responsibilities, critical and central to the conduct of the clinical project. The CRA oversees the progress of a Clinical Trial, ensuring that it is conducted, recorded and reported in accordance with the protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the applicable Regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to stretch themselves in an environment that encourages learning. Able to work independently, you will enjoy communicating with others as you will meet a variety of healthcare professionals at monitoring sites, and interact with teams at Quintiles.
Successful candidates will have more than 1 year of monitoring experience (for senior position at least 3 years) in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment. This is an office OR home based role, offering you flexibility to manage your own time, however, you must be willing to travel 60% of the time. Advanced command of English and Polish is a must.
