The Warsaw Marriott Hotel seeks an Senior Catering Service Manager to join their staff. Candidate profile includes:

- Minimum of 4 years experience as a manager in event or sales center of international 5 stars hotel properties - Minimum of 2 years working in banquet or F&B operation with leading a team of min 15 staff members. - Knowledge about proactive and reactive sales strategy planning’s and tasks - Strong leadership attributes - Knowledge about outside catering business - Fluent English and Polish (spoken & written) - Excellent communication skills - PC knowledge: Opera/Fidelio or other int. booking systems, MS Office
