About this opportunity
Welcome to the Data Capture Accounting team. We add value by efficiently deliver quality accounting data on time for all Nordea financial data consumers by being collaborative process experts with high competence in daily accounting. As a BI Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in analysing improving and making Nordea’s accounting flow more efficient everyday.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting business users and projects with analysis of Nordea accounting data
- Analysing accounting data flows, systems and processes to find weaknesses and areas of improvement
- Drive implementation of improvements across the organisation
- Leading and/or participating in finance and accounting development projects focused on process optimization
You’ll join a team of experts who are passionate problem solvers with the best knowledge of accounting data, -processes and systems in Nordea. Where you will have the opportunity to provide tangible benefits by delivering smaller and larger improvements across the landscape.
The role is based in Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- Extensive experience of working with accounting in banks or financial institutions
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, SAP and preferably experience working with mainframe systems
