About this opportunity
Welcome to the Operations Data and Reporting team. We add value by development, maintenance and implementation of tools and processes improving data availability and quality. As Senior Business Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in improving data foundation, transparency and data management in the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Development, maintenance and implementation of scalable solutions (data tools, dashboards) supporting production planning and data-driven decision making,
- Acting as sparring partner to our local stakeholders (including Operations Management Teams) to develop data driven decision making culture and good data foundation within different Service Lines,
- Data analysis – creation of different dashboards, reports and share your ideas of improvements,
- Driving data quality improvements.

Your experience and background:
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (preferred Power BI),
- Basic SQL Skills and understanding of database logic,
- Strong Excel, Power Point and other MS Office tools skills,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details,
- Good understanding and ability to model and analyse data,
- Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills,
- English speaking skills on professional level,
- Business understanding and habit to look at things from high level perspective.
