For one of our clients, the company Dansk Supermarked, which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Szczecin, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of a Senior Accountant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the reconciliation of General Ledger, month end closing activities and issuing of invoices. He will control receivables, dunning process and balance confirmation. Moreover, the main duties will also include posting bank statements, accruals, prepaid costs, General Ledger entries and supplier discount invoices. The Accountant will also prepare statistical reports and calculate Social Fund.
The ideal Candidate has graduated from Finance or Accounting and has good knowledge of accounting principles and logic. Professional experience in accountancy is a must. Very good English skills are obligatory while proficiency in German will be an asset. Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and ability of working in a team are also required.
