As a member of our global Treasury Back Office team, your role will involve managing a diverse range of financial instruments, conducting advanced analysis of financial figures, and leading the implementation of treasury IT solutions. You will work closely with the Treasury department and various teams within the organization to ensure accurate accounting treatment of financial instruments, perform forecasting activities, drive process improvements, and contribute to the execution of our Cash Management strategy.
How you will make an impact
In the role of Treasury Back Office Senior Accountant, you will have the responsibility of overseeing and settling financial transactions. This includes executing accounting procedures such as mark-to-market valuations for our portfolio of instruments. Additionally, you will manage short-term liquidity and forecasting, and prepare financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Your position will involve leading process improvements and working closely with the IT department to implement system enhancements.

Your main focus will be:
- Handling of diverse range of financial instruments including trade confirmation, settlement and accounting treatment
- Preparation of FX exposure report, FX and interest forecasting
- Short-term liquidity management
- Driving process improvements and automation
- Demonstrated experience working in Treasury Back Office, Finance, or Accounting, preferably in international organizations or shared services
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Power BI would be an asset
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines
