- Take ownership of existing paid search programs and expand keyword coverage, develop compelling ad copy, and optimize Google AdWords
- Perform Keyword audit and recommendations with accordance to market requirement
- Recommend optimization of PPC campaigns based on keyword performance
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members, and with media agencies to meet client goals
- Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities within the marketing campaigns
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and campaign features
- Answer ad hoc SEM questions and preparing ad hoc analysis of SEM campaigns
- Work with Market Representatives to provide recommendations for keyword optimization in local languages
- Reporting and analyzing of Web Traffic, content and benchmarking
- Performing organic keyword research and competition
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Experience working as a SEM specialist for an agency or business
- Proficient knowledge of SEM tactics, keyword research and analytics
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, (Marin Software would be an asset)
- Experience running and testing remarketing campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Passionate about Internet trends and digital marketing
- Ability to work in a fast paced multinational environment
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of search engine principles, best-practices and algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest Google trends and interest in Web Marketing
- In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords Keyword Tool, Screaming Frog)
- At least basic understanding on natural link building and improving online presence
- Solid experience with SEO Technical Analysis & recommendations - mobile & desktop pages (On-Page and Off-Page SEO)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as fast-learning skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
