Country Security Lead for ensuring compliance to our Global/European Security strategy, processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent, fit for purpose delivery of our security services. Country Security Lead for continuous development and improvement of all security tools, methodologies, security site audits, policies and processes for the department and partner with the business in the implementation.
- Share best practice through liaison with strategic stakeholders, maintain a network of internal/ external stakeholders.
- Security Business Partner– covering all product areas within the country (countries EE – Czech Republic, Latvia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia).
- Management of Physical Site Security – Ensuring correct level of security is maintained in line with client contracts to reduce risk and potential claims.
- New Business RFQ’s – Complete client questionnaires, deliver security presentations, attend client meetings/site security reviews.
- New Business Start-ups – develop and deliver site/contract security strategy, obtain/ review/ submit security quotes, oversee security installations, provide onsite security training, attend new contract project management steering group/client meetings.
- Security Technology – reviewing upcoming technology which could bring more efficient and cost-effective solutions whilst retaining the correct levels of security across our sites.
- Conduct site security risk assessments and site security audits with agreed action plans on CEVA/customer location and subcontractor sites.
- Country Security Lead, overall management to ensure compliance to all external security certifications i.e., AEO, TAPA FSR and TSR, Aviation Security.
- Investigations Internal and External – Conduct and liaison with local site management, customers, authorities, police, preparing case files and attending court hearings on behalf of CEVA as and when required.
- Management Meetings – Site management, client, and contractor meetings.
- Provide security monthly reports and security bulletins when required. Types of subjects include security awareness, general updates, risk assessment results, investigations, and trend analysis etc.
- Managed and maintain security service contracts and supplier management, manned guarding, offsite monitoring, key holding, alarm response and security maintenance.
- Security Training – design and deliver training programmes; General Security, Fraud Awareness, Investigations, Trade Compliance, Searches etc.
- University degree / masters or equivalent in a related discipline
- Minimum experience of 3-5 year in Security Management/Loss Prevention
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- (Certification in Aviation Security), Loss Presentation, Investigations
- Knowledge in AEO, TAPA certifications
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
