Security Administration Analyst will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness across all enterprise application support by the Service Delivery Organization. This function will be performed using agreed governance, tools and processes to ensure that overall security standards and policies are maintained and applied consistently for all user administration activities. This position will be the first point of contact for escalations from the Security Administration team in the supported sites. Security Administration Analyst will set priorities, perform resource planning and monitor the services delivered to the business. This position will be responsible for documentation and training for new application and services generated from the IT or Business activities.
- Processes User Access Management requests (New, Change & De-Enroll) across all European Business Applications.
- Supports the European User Community & the European IT organization in security related issues.
- Prioritizes and schedules security administration daily functions.
- Prioritizes and schedules incidents and problems in order to take action in an adequate order.
- Prioritizes and schedules security administration project initiatives.
- Provides clear metrics on the performance and support delivered by the WSSC Security Administration Team.
- Resource Capacity management.
- When required, escalates problems to the respective IT Service Delivery COE Managers to ensure the adequate handling of any incidents and related problems.
- Responsible for the internal and external user account provisioning processes, procedures and guidelines required by Global Information Security Policy and Standards.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Review documentation and provide suggestions to update the documentation in support of new IT project initiatives with Regional IT Operations and Regional IT Technology organizations.
- Improve Problem and Incident management processes in collaboration with IT Security Manager.
- Support Global Information Security, Service Delivery and business strategic projects and initiatives.
- Min.5 years’ experience within Information Technology, of which min. 3 years within data security.
- 3 years working knowledge of packaged applications such as MS Office and e-mail (MS certification would be a plus).
- 3 years working knowledge of SAP Application user provisioning and management systems for 4.0b or higher release.
- Working knowledge of ITIL (ITIL certification would be a plus).
- 2-3 years’ experience in the area of IT support/helpdesk desirable.
- Basic knowledge of workstation backups/restores and disaster recovery plans desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Familiarity with: Legacy SAP: 4.0b, BW, EBP, CRM, AD/ARS, FIM, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Cognos, SharePoint.
- BA degree.
- Very good command of English.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification would be a plus.
