For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Transfer Agents Dealing Desk is a new initiative being launched by BNP Paribas Securities Services in Warsaw.
You can be part of this newly created team who will transfer new process from Luxemburg to our Warsaw office.

We are looking for 20 new employees with positive attitude and strong motivation to develop their careers in Financial Services.
Team will be mainly responsible for receiving and processing trade orders sent by clients and forward forecast to Fund Managers. Ensuring the follow-up and execution of the trade.
- Processing daily orders for global markets: subscription, redemption, switches
- Organizing dealing documentation and customer files
- Processing all manual transactions received
- Handling all request of internal and external customers
- Sending of daily cash flow forecast for fund manager
- Ensuring that relevant deadlines and other performances standards are met
- Reconciliation of fund units
- Processing of corporate actions, dividend, mergers
We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as new graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates" professional experience.
- University degree (preferred: Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Very good command of English, any additional language would be an advantage
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience (experience in Financial Services will be an advantage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Good communication skills, ability to interact efficiently with clients and effectively manage expectations
