DUTIES
- Workshand in hand with the PO, continually updating with team progress, issues
- Coachingthe PO on how to meet their objectives through the Scrum process
- Be the primary point of contact for progress reporting for external stakeholders includingthe technical management team
- Facilitatingscrum process, retrospectives, release planning etc,
- Removing impediments that are impacting the progress of team
- Guardianof the process – teaching others their roles and protecting the teams rules ofengagement
- Communicatesprogress to any externally interested stakeholders
- Ensuring team retain quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Relationship builder with the team and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a Scrum team or using other Agile/Lean practices (e.g. Kanban, XP)
- Experience working with enterprise level systems
- Ideally has Scrum Master qualifications / certification
- Successful implementation of the scrum process in the project developedfrom scratch
- Strong facilitation skills, actively engages in getting consensus
- Shows ownership/responsibility
- Canconfidently act as team coach
- Thrivesin a team environment and seeks to motivate them
