DUTIES

Coaching the PO on how to meet the irobjectives through the Scrum process
Works hand in hand with the PO, continuallyupdating with team progress, issues
Providing technical/strategic analysis within scrum teams
Removing impediments that are impacting the progress of team
Guardian of the process – teaching otherstheir roles and protecting the teams rules of engagement
Ensuring team retain quality as a key focus in everything that they do
Facilitating scrum process, retrospectives,release planning etc,
Communicates progress to any externally interested stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement within the process and team
Ultimate responsibility for the quality and content of team Product Backlog(s)
Effective, comprehensive stake holder analysis and definition of user roles
Impact analysis, including: Systemdependencies and impact/change, Business process dependencies and impact/change,Security, capacity and legal implications and forward planning, SEO and analytics, Data definiti

REQUIREMENTS

Scrum Master qualifications / certification
Experience working with enterprise level systems
Experience working in a Scrum team or using other Agile/Lean practices (e.g. Kanban, XP)
Relationship builder with the team and external stakeholders
Strong facilitation skills, actively engages ingetting consensus
Show sownership/responsibility
Can confidently act as team coach
Thrives in a team environment and seeks tomotivate them
Likes working in a dynamic environment
Has a positive outlook, and is a solution provider
Is process improvement orientated, and putsforward ideas for improving processes and project management practices
Strong facilitator, gains buy in and consensusas outputs
