Responsibilities:
- Teaching, coaching, mentoring Teams and Product Owners to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of the best solutions and value to customers
- Educate teams about agile frameworks (mainly Scrum and Kanban) to reach higher level of team`s maturity
- Facilitating and contributing in Agile events
- Taking responsibility for the teams adoption and practice of Agile
- Helps the team to remove impediments, facilitates discussion, decision making processes and problem-solving meetings, assists with internal and external communication
- Promote and encourage self-organization within the teams
- Foster team collaboration and best practices sharing
- Establish processes to support cross - product / project prioritization
- Train people in the company, cooperate with leadership, help them in moving toward agility
- Help organization better understand the agile frameworks, agile mindset and the role of Scrum Master
- Teach the organization an empirical approach and its benefits
- Cultivating a culture of trust
We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experiance as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I, PSM II, etc.)
- Understanding and experience in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Hands-on experience on agile toolset (Jira, online retrospective tools, ect.)
- Great communication skills in English language (C1)
- Excellent listening comprehension and empathy
- Proactive attitude
- A master at encouraging, enabling and energizing people and helping them to realize their potential
- Experience in organizational transformation from Waterfall to Agile
- Knowledge and experiance in scaling Agile methods
- Experiance in leading teams as Scrum Master for IT software development initiatives
