Project Description:
Digital Risk Operations team is part of Technology Operation Center which is collaboration of people from Strategy & Transformation and Risk Control Assurance. Our team is based in India, Poland. We are responsible for developing the strategic platform to manage and improve operational risk effectiveness in a digital way. Our aim is to reduce complexity and manual effort spent on operational risk activities in Technology Services.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in a Scrum (Agile) team, define and prioritize business requirements
- Be responsible for driving delivery within the digital team
- Monitor how team is working and support/coach them to improve
- Organize, run and administrate agile meetings, take notes, assign and track actions
- Contribute to project being on schedule and meeting stakeholder needs by being responsible for demand pipeline, define priority items etc.
- Ensure the team adheres to the agile/scrum processes and help them by removing the issues blocking its success
Skills
- University degree in Finance, Management, or IT
- 1+ years of proven Scrum Master experience in the IT/ financial services industry
- Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Outspoken and able to express his/her opinion in a clear, concise and confident manner
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Solid skills of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Visio, Azure; Project and Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence) are considered an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver and comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
