Scrum Master

Salary: 900 PLN net/day + Vat, 13 800 PLN gross (employment contract)

Location: Gdynia (currently 100 % remote)

We are looking for Scrum Master. This project will be to enable the automation of processes. group-wide process automation and generate savings at scale. You and your Team will works with numerous technologies to achieve End-to-End process optimization.

• Acting as key interface between Release Train Engineer and the Agile Team - focus on delivery and requirements elicitation
• Acting as reliable source of information for the Agile Team - translating high level Business Requirements into more detailed requirements
• Taking ownership - prioritization and accepting User Stories and Agile Team's deliveries
• Teambuilding - Be there for the Team when things go well and when they don't
• Improving WoW - Continuous looking for improving and simplifying Team's ways of working
• Reporting - monitor on progress daily and flag risks when things don't go according to the plan

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as IT Scrum Master
• Experience in such areas as: Process Automation, Software Development, Software Integration, IT analysis
• Knowledge of technologies: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Blue Prism, Pega, Chatbots, OCR, Kafka, APIs, Python, PowerShell, databases
• Experience in Agile (SAFe knowledge welcome)/Scrum, Kanban, ITIL
• English at least at B2 level
