Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Wholesale Banking Operations (WBO) Reporting Technology Team, responsible for Regulatory, Collateral, Tax and Backoffice Reporting. We are a high-performing team, setting high-standards and you have the ability and willingness to learn and grow together with the unit. We see Agile development methods and close cooperation with business as the key to achieve our goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a sparring partner for the product owner and development team
- Remove impediments for the team and help the team to deliver an increment
- Facilitate scrum meetings and optimize the process
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Coach and guide the team as a servant leader
- Ensure transparency to business and management
- Support team leader in the daily duties
The role is based in Gdańsk, but you might be also required to travel to Nordic countries (mainly Denmark/Finland).

Your profile and background:
- You have at least two years of experience as Scrum Master (Agile Coach)
- You have great communication and coaching skills
- You are passionate about Agile and Scrum ways of working
- You have knowledge of various Agile/Scrum techniques
- You are proactive approach towards problem solving and you want to deliver results and have happy customers
- You are independent and self-driven, with strong desire to do things in the right way
- You understand IT processes and software development lifecycle
- You have fluent English (used on a daily basis)
Nice to have skills:
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Experience in delivering trainings, mentoring or sharing knowledge.
