Key responsibilities:
To support the rapid growth of Digital Video in Wroclaw, we are looking for Scrum Master to join our highly skilled development teams.
Working as a Scrum Master, you will:
- Help team to constantly improve and adapt to changes
- Support Scrum team in establish efficient and effective way of working
- Provide coaching, guidance to the Agile team
- Build the team spirit and mutual respect within the team
- Support Project Owner in planning and scheduling activities
- Help to improve cooperation and communication between teams and customer organization
- Assist the team in removing impediments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of two years'experience working in Agile software development
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Solid Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns and technique
- Genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow
- Ability to resolve tensions within the team
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed international teams
Distinct advantage will be any of the following:
- Experience in supporting more than one Scrum team from different locations
- Practical knowledge of software development methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- Willingness to learn and to work with new Digital TV technologies
- Ability to travel will be a plus
