The right candidate for the Scrum Master position will
Be responsible for:
• ensuring Scrum methodology is understood and implemented,
• coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality,
• facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily stand ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions),
• shielding the Development Team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur,
• supporting the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management as well as understanding and practicing agility,
• helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development,
Demonstrate:
• previous experience as a Scrum Master that includes leading Agile Scrum teams,
• technical background in web applications / web solutions (for example as developer),
• team-player attitude with good communication and organizational skills,
• ability and willingness to learn new technologies,
• fluent English skills (daily contacts with foreign team members/customers),
