About this opportunity
Welcome to the IAM Security Reviews & Authentication team. We add value by (by protecting the bank though many different initiatives such as accesses, controls and audits). As Scrum Master in IAM, Gdynia or Helsinki you’ll play a valuable role in (in developing and maintaining high quality Access management solutions. )
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a global team with the focus on NINAA (Nordea Internal Authentication & Authorisation system)
- Drive improvements and contribute to the IAM strategy for the future as well as deliver according to the prioritized backlog
- Handling risks, gets rid of obstacles and disturbances that can hinder the teams and follow up on metrics
- Inspire, motivate and coach team members, establish continuous improvements and encourage a growth mindset
- Collaborates with product management and the POs. Assisting Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
- Ensuring a good line of communication as well as communicating progress and risks to stakeholders, management and surrounding teams.
- Reporting progress, risks etc in admin tools
You’ll join a (Identity Access Management team). The role is based in Gdynia; Helsinki.

Your experience and background:
- Experience in leading complex initiatives with distributed multi-faceted teams
- Several years of experience working as a SCRUM MASTER. Knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban as well as knowledge in change management
- Excellent technical skills. Understanding of IT process and software development lifecycle
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in financial management, forecasting and reporting as well as risk handling. Knowledge in the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence
