Welcome to Nordea and Execution Leadership in Group Business Support (GBS) Technology. Our Organisation is recently established and we add value by driving and leading change in a complex technology delivery landscape catering for both Agile and traditional change management. - Leading and guiding the scrum team as a servant leader to achieve its goals
- Ensuring the Agile process is being followed
- Removing impediments and blockers for the team to secure deliveries
- Providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics
- Proactively demonstrating control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery
- Proactively managing stakeholders and successfully deliver according to
agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner - Ensuring execution and team efficiency by leading and coaching development team members to achieve the desired outcome
- creating a fun work environment together with the team

Your experience and background:
- Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management experience, SAFe knowledge is an advantage.
- Background from technology environment and strong interest in role of technology in business development
- Experience from multi-national teams and working in virtual execution structures
- Certification in Project/Programme management and/or Agile delivery methods, beneficial
- Facilitation skills, beneficial
