- Defining stories/epics/sprint scope
- Choosing to use SCRUM vs KANBAN
- Planning and running Sprints /release management
- Stakeholder management
- Leading a team of 2 people for our client project [ Technical and Functional mix] – working along with 5 Business users and around similar count of resources from Vendor side
- International travel - 20%
- Project manager /Product Owner, having led and delivered projects in Agile and Lean
- Having dealt projects in space of AI/ Digital Transformation / Business process transformation
- Understanding of hard and soft deliverables in a transformation project
- Experience in digital transformation leading banks to go from waterfall to agile
- Foreign language: fluency in English
- Starting date – July 2020
