SAS Data Integration Developer

The aim of this project is to build an efficient CCA (Cancel Correct Amend Fraud Detection) platform for Top Level management in leading Investment bank. CCA belongs to a class of IT verticals called Fraud Detection (Data Mining).

Data mining projects are viewed under the umbrella of Cross Industry Standard Process and have 6 major phases: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment.

Using SAS in project for:

• Data acquisition
• KRI processing
• Data visualization, reporting, dash boarding

• Case Management

• Creating Metadata for Source and Target Data

• Creating Metadata for Target Data and Jobs
• Working with Transformations
• Working with Tables and the Table Loader Transformation
• Working with Slowly Changing Dimensions
• Defining Generated Transformations
• Deploying Jobs

• The most competitive candidates will have a Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Epidemiology, and have work experience conducting data integration. In addition, the candidate should have the following:
• Experience with database design and maintenance
• Experience working with HL7 data
• Experience managing relational databases
• Experience developing technical specifications and working with IT groups to oversee product development
• Experience developing or using implementation guides
• Familiarity with the process of data onboarding
• Knowledge of data mapping
• Proficiency in SAS, including writing SQL and macros, and using the Output Delivery System (ODS)
• Experience developing data quality assurance procedures
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
• Technical and analytical problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work collaboratively and conduct projects within timelines
• Experience working with clinical data; knowledge of Hepatitis C is desirable.
