Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:
Daily Activities:
- SAP Basis (Basic) & Expert User Management support
- Day to day operational supports activities
- Support, analyze SAP printer general issues and supervise changes
- Resolve SAP GUI related problems
- Monitor and overview Background jobs, Dump Analysis and System Logs
- Check locked objects, monitor application server’s overview
- Provide work process overview
- Provide scalable and manageable on-going user and role maintenance activity
- Provide analysis and troubleshoot the errors for User and Roles permissions for specific clients, users and projects worldwide
- Monitor list of users with incorrect logons and password change
- Create and Delete o users from the Central System
- Add or remove Transaction Codes, authorize objects by modifying existing roles based upon change request
- Lock and change the validity date for Contract users
- Analyze missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users as per the approval
- Perform SOD check analysis by users and roles
- Perform simulation analysis
- Handle quick fix approach for creating Emergency Role and assign to users for critical t-codes access as per business requirement
- Incident Management-Record and route tickets if not solvable to upper levels
Technical Requirements:
- First level of SAP technical and functional module awareness
- Awareness of SAP System performance monitoring and management process
- Knowledge of end to end SAP administration and support
- Basic understanding of remediation and segregation of duties (SOD) review as per organization defined procedures.
- Familiar with SAP User administration, Role creation and maintenance, missing authorization, and analysing authorization issues (SU01, SUIM, PFCG, SU53 etc.)
- Expert on SAP User administration, Role creation and maintenance.
- Experience in providing detailed Reports of Users, User Status, Roles, Activity Groups, T-Codes and Objects when required
- Experience with Central User Administration (CUA) to manage multiple systems/clients
- Experience with the transportation of newly created roles/ modified roles
- Ability to handle all SAP security related issues independently
- Experience with worldwide and regional team members to ensure consistent practice
Soft Skills:
- German language on B2 level
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
