Job Description:
- Responsible for understanding and translation of business needs into SAP SuccessFactors and process solutions through identification, harmonization and prioritization of the requirements
- Provide leading functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors implementation and integration projects (solution design, configuration, testing and debugging)
- Ensures that documentation, deliverables, and governance follows standard architecture management process and delivers expected results
- Manage and perform maintenance, further development, bug-fixing and issue resolution in global Deutsche Telekom HR solutions
- Influence on standardization of requirements in dedicated areas, ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the core model, communicates and stresses the benefits of standardization
- Provide operational SAP SuccessFactors support for Corporate and IT shared service centers (Helpdesk)
- Leads technical discussion between different regions and markets as well as within the IT and cross company in his respective area of responsibility
- Long-term management of the user functionalities with system developments and software updates (Test & Productive environments)
Requirements:
- Exceptionally deep IT and cloud expertise in general and about the structure of architectures
- SuccessFactors certifications in one or more SuccessFactors modules (desirable: eRecruiting, Target & Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Employee Central)
- Experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM
- Profound knowledge in HR Business Process Design and Development
- Exceptionally high levels of consulting and analytical skills to find the customer the best solution and solve his business problems
- Solid support, implementation, configuration and functional and technical experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an advantage
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
