Job description:
Resolving SAPincidents, problems and other assignments according to the processes andpolicies defined
Building structuralsolutions, Workarounds and WI's
Solving problemsproactively
Cooperation with theusers and SAP Competence Centers to provide required speed and quality ofsolutions
Actively contributing toprocess and service definition as well as new solutions/services implementation
Participating andmanaging projects
Building knowledgemanagement and training process
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year ofexperience with SAP, preferably as key/end user
Very goodcommunication skills
Drive for knowledgeand learning
Problem solving skills
Accounting backgroundwill be an asset
Fluent English, secondlanguage will be an added value
Runbook knowledge willbe a plus
