REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant position;
- Experience in successful project management based on selected methodologies;
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies;
- Experience in IT projects with scrum framework;
- Active use of Agile approaches in daily work;
- Experience in running several projects simultaneously, ability to set priorities;
- Understanding of the resource management and interaction principles within teams;
- Understanding of T&M and fixed-price project management principles;
- Desire to develop in project management based on the SAP platform;
- Very good communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working as Project Manager or Scrum Master on development projects;
- Planning of the project and project implementation activities;
- Leading the scrum events and project operational meetings;
- Take part in pre-sales process for the IT projects;
- Project resource management, task distribution;
- Gathering information about project implementation, updating the project schedule, providing a customer with status updates and reports;
- Budget planning and control;
- Risk management.
‘Nice to have’ skills
- German and/or Polish knowledge would be an advantage.
