Opis stanowiska
Obsługa incydentów w zakresie wsparcia modułów logistycznych SAP klienta zgodnie obowiązującymi SLA
Implementacja rozwiązań modułowych oraz programistycznych dla międzynarodowych przedsiębiorstw
Aktywny udział w tworzeniu koncepcji i specyfikacji techniczno-biznesowych
Utrzymanie relacji z klientami zagranicznymi (głównie niemieckojęzycznymi) i polskimi
Praca w zgodzie ze standardami ITIL
Wymagania
Min. 4-letnie doświadczenie we wdrożeniach lub wsparciu klientów w logistycznych modułach systemu SAP (SD, MM)
Bardzo dobra znajomość przynajmniej jednego modułu logistycznego
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Wysokie zdolności analityczne oraz rozwiązywania problemów
Samodzielność i zaangażowanie w realizację powierzonych zadań
Mile widziane:
znajomość języka niemieckiego,
doświadczenie w pracy w module VMS
