- Assists SAP Experts at the translation of business needs into system and process solutions through analyzing of data and through writing of the technical designs, customizing, interfaces & development specifications around SAP LE
- Participate in workshops with the business and advises in domain related issues
- Performs tests of global processes in SAP, of implemented SAP enhancements and modifications
- Prepares and carries out customer trainings
- Supports business during the roll-outs
- Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
- Participate in his respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, data migration, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
- Coordinates developments, customizing and work teams in his area of expertise
- Experienced in SAP LE and physical stock management related to SAP MM functionality with good knowledge of overall process and customizing of specified modules. Some knowledge in logistics for high-value retail goods, in SAP SD and SAP IS Retail is a plus.
- At least 2 years of hands-on SAP functional experience
- Experience in the implementation of at least 1 full cycle implementation of SAP
- Knowledge in interfaces between SAP and external warehouse management solutions
- Understanding of SAP LE specific master data
- Deep understanding of the business needs and processes in logistics execution. Detailed processes: physical inbound and outbound processes, cross docking, pick & pack, kitting/de-kitting, stock taking, physical returns management, service provider management, LE KPIs, transport management, stock transfer, quality management
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills, with business as well as with IS/IT departments
- Good team player with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams. Shows creativity and is strong at technical & functional analysis with attention to detail
- Self-assured, self-motivated, highly goal and delivery oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High level of travel within Europe
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage
