SAP Integration Specialist
(100% remote)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SAP Basis activities
- Colaboration with IT streams (developers, basis, system owners, authorizations, business consultants, monitoring)
- Using and maintenance of IT tools (Service Now, Sailpoint, HPALM, Cornerstone, gSuite)
- Resolving technical and cross-functional issues
- Verify system compliance and support ICFR and GxP audits (SoD, security)
- Working with validated enviroment (CSV)
- Management of users and IT roles
- Inventory maintenance (emergency access, interfaces, IT roles and tools, generic users, etc.)
- Deputy of System Owner
Requirements:
- English – B2+ level
- Technical Knowledge in SAP (ideal)
- Experience in testing, documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (good to have)
- Experience with ticketing system (SLA/KPI)
- General knowledge of SAP and non-SAP system interfaces (good to have)
- Interested in IT, SAP Technology (must have)
- Knowledge of the SAP technology (good to have)
- SAP BASIS, Authorization knowledge (good to have)
- Independent, open-minded, proactive (must have)
- SAP Basis knowledge - transport management, basic SAP standard client setup, RFC connections, SAP Backup logic (good to have)
