- Acts as internal consultant and is responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. in SAP GRC AC Modules ARA, ARQ, CUP, GRC Process Controlling, BRM and EAM
- The interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers
- Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements in his area of expertise
- Carries out customer trainings and support during the roll-outs
- Ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the template
- Proactively identifies areas of improvement
- Handles incident tickets and doing technical & functional support in areas of 3rd level support
- Maintains and supports fundamental technical processes between SAP GRC and IDM
- Can lead projects in his area of expertise (workshops, technical design, interface connection, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in in SAP GRC software components like EAM, ARA, BRM, ARQ, CUP and GRC Process Controls with the ability to design and customize solutions in GRC 10.x
- Deep understanding of the business needs: customer services for compliance (determined reports, queries), governance and IT security
- Knowledge in access management compliance & functional/technical processes between SAP GRC and IDM
- Advanced Knowledge in SAP Design & Architecture
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
- Good team player with some project management skills and with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication skills
- self-assured behavior and ability to work under pressure

- Fluent written and spoken English and good German would be a big advantage
- Willingness to travel
