We are opening the recruitment process for the position of SAP FI/CO Application Support Specialist in manufacturing company located in Lodz. This is an attractive opportunity for candidates who are interested in advancement in their career in SAP environment.
Main duties:
- 2nd level support (investigate, resolve and /or escalate tickets from the users)
- incident reporting and analysis
- collaboration with application delivery specialists and SAP development team for technical improvement opportunities
- perform standard changes in the system
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as SAP Key User or SAP Application Support Specialist in SAP FI/CO modules
- university degree in IT or Engineering would be an advantage
- understanding of SAP infrastructure
- communicative knowledge of English language
- experience with ITIL processes & systems would be an advantage
