As part of our Team you will be responsible for
- Technical Administration of SAP Products (ERP/BW/PO/Solution Manager/SAP Business Technology Platform etc)
- System maintenance (Configuration, transport logistics/ChaRM, EWAs, interfaces, SPs, EHP)
- Security/compliance assistance (implementation SecNotes, Configuration Validation, SNC)
- System/End-to-End monitoring with Solution Manager (availability, performance, status, E2E)
- Acting as support for end-users (Incident and Request for Change handling)
- Client management according to established procedures (provision, copy, deletion incl. pre-/postprocessing)
- HANA database Administration and optimization
- Cooperation and steering of SAP Hosting Partners
- On call support shared in the team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2), German will be an asset
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis module
- Technical background in area of OS/DB systems administration
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
