- ChaRM process in DT Group (Incident, Change and Demand management) for the SAP system part that manages the network infrastructure starting from change till deployment on production
- Creation of transports in SAP solution manager and dispatching of development to different developers
- Review of dependencies to other changes (shared objects) and coordinating with other members within a change board meeting
- Quality Reviews and quality assurance of performed changes and prepared documentation
- Acting as 3rd level support for SAP applications, platform development (e.g., customer-oriented realization), establishment and support of development environments
Requirements:
- Experienced in SAP Basis and SAP solution manager (Transport creation in SAP SolMan, analysis of transport content,…)
- Experience in SAP MM, PM, WM and ABAP is a big advantage
- Experienced in development testing and peer testing
- Strong ability to coordinate work of different team members
- Fluent written and spoken English
