SAP BW Consultant

• Engage in dialogue with the Agile team to understand goals, discuss technical and solution design options, and create end-to-end solutions
• Be a BW SPOC for the project team from the technical side and associating them with the product team
• Create technical results in SAP BW by responding to business plans
• Collaborating with the product owner, scrum master, and other interdisciplinary stakeholders to guide, co-define, evaluate and prioritize development tasks

• Experience with:
  o SAP BW (v. 7.5), SAP native HANA, both from a front-end and back-end perspective
  o dealing with HR info types and Business Warehouse particulars relating to HR
• Familiarity with ABAP routines for BW and extractor enhancements
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Good Polish and English skills (written and spoken)
