Your role
To ensure a proper level of support within implementation, functioning and modifications of SAP S4 HANA business processes.Your responsibility
- Supporting business systems: SAP S4/HANA/SAP GRC/SAC/Tosca. Development of standards operational procedures, and policies for SAP environment.
- Effectively translate business requirements into technical language and being able to independently deliver dashboard mock-ups and visualizations to confirm customer expectations.
- Identifies areas for continuous improvement in existing processes to reduce customer effort, and aligns improvement projects to close shortfalls.
- Studies of existing information technologies systems to evaluate effectiveness and developing new system specifications to improve production or workflow as required.
- Preparing technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development and integration.
If you have
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP working as a SAP Key User or 2 years as SAP business analyst.
- Very good knowledge of English – speaking and writing
- Advanced knowledge of SAP business processes
- Good understanding of SAP configuration
- Analytical skills
- Comprehensive experience with MS Office
- Good Skills in Project Management
