Joining thyssenkrupp IT Competence Center, you will become a part of a team of dedicated professionals, who support and develop Global IT Applications of thyssenkrupp. We promise to create an environment where each employee feels valued and our teams are driven by the group spirit. You will be working in SAP Authorizations team where experts support various SAP products including ECC, MDG, FSCM, HCM, SolMan, GRC, PO, SCP and HANA giving you broad exposure to SAP Authorizations management across different SAP technologies.
- Acting as a SAP Authorizations internal consultant
- SAP profile and role development in different SAP systems
- Changing roles and profiles in line with customer requirements and SAP best practices
- Assignment and removal of roles and profiles
- Implementation of bug fixes for authorization related issues
- Error/system logs analysis and development of workarounds and permanent solutions
- Utilizing SAP Solution Manager for a compliant ChaRM process
- Handling of Requests for Service (RfS), Requests for Information (RfI), incidents and Requests for Change
- Translating business needs into technical solution
- Cooperating with 1st and 3rd line support and project teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
- At least 2-3 years of experience as SAP Authorizations Consultant
- Fluent written and spoken English (min. B2), German language will be an asset
- Agile mindset with ability to take responsibility for continuous delivery of high quality support service
- Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
- Experience in working in a multinational team will be an asset
- Willingness to continuous learning and updating of professional knowledge
