SAP Analyst: Purchasing&Logistics

For our global Client, one of the production company we are looking for experienced
SAP Analyst in area of Purchasing and Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Takes an architect role for a defined set of IS systems in the delivery area directly supporting his or her business process.
- Maintain assigned IS services aligned with business process performance targets by driving actions, preventive and restorative
- Help to deliver the services according to their service definition by resolving complex incidents and requests
- Take operational responsibility for a subset of the service desk support KPIs by driving problem resolution and continuous improvement actions to push a majority of ticket resolution types into the service desk (level 1)
- Reviews, analyses, and evaluates business systems and user needs, both proactively and on request and in partnership with the global business process team.
- Researches and analyses basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
- Documents business requirements, defines scope and clarifies objectives, and formulates solutions, based on information systems,
- When assigned as a project manager or project leader, delivers the projects according to the IS project delivery methodology, and project governance procedures.
- Identify potential reduction of IS service costs through productivity actions
- Ensure that systems, and processes are performed according to the agreed SLA and procedures
- Act as a champion for the assigned process, partnering with process drivers and key users to continuously improve productivity and lower costs while at the same time championing new solutions that support the process owner in achieving their process performance objectives
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
- Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. Simulates and tests process improvements.
- Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in SAP functionalities related to Purchasing, Material Requirement Planning, Production Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Logistic Invoice Verification, Controlling
- Excellent knowledge of Logistic, manufacturing processes, fairly good sound of Finance & Controlling aspects and relevant expertise in supporting and improving business in logistic and manufacturing business areas
- Expert knowledge of SAP global template implementation (or similar)
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT service and vendors
- Analytical thinker who tends to be always logical and fact based
- Expert in conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Hands on, approachable, constructive, delegator (where and when appropriate), supportive, accountable and takes initiative when necessary
- Experience in working for a large manufacturing business would be beneficia
