ABAP Development Lead / Team Leader
location: Poznań, Wroclaw, Warszawa
Get yourself an opportunity to join a global SAP implementation company and help growing great specialists ABAP teams in Poznań! As an ABAP Development Lead you will be responsible for providing SAP development capabilities to the business and to provide leadership within the SAP development team.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead a team of ABAP Developers locally and remotely
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of ABAP implementations according to clients' development guidelines
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level development support for production issues
- Participate in the analysis of the customer's business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements
- Define and implement interfaces using SAP technologies
- Identify potential improvements and performance tuning to processes and applications
- Assist users and team members to debug and troubleshoot problems
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field/experience
- Few years' experience with ABAP Objects development and databases
- Experience in reviewing functional requirements and develop corresponding technical specifications
- Ability to work in SCRUM
- Ability to be mentor less experienced team members on SAP programming concepts and tool suite.
- Experience in participation in team activities and team planning in regards to improving team skills, awareness and quality of work
- Excellent spoken English skills
