Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for IT Specialist, SAP ABAP.
Your new role
Holding the position of IT Specialist, SAP you will be responsible for providing high level functional and technical support to resolve SAP ERP application issues raised by SAP Key Users. What is more, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving SAP related incidents, fulfilling service requests and designing\implementing changes, ensuring that issues are resolved according to SLA and alternatively escalated to next level to find adequate support to resolve the issue.
What is more, one of your main tasks will be supporting change management process by gathering requirements from Key Users or IT concept owners and designing, documenting and building new functionalities. You will be responsible also for global networking what consists of messenger between Key Users and IT concept owners, sharing best practices and latest knowledge and observing training needs and gathering feedback. Additionally ABAP specialist will be supporting issue solving by debugging the issues and doing technical programming changes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a at least 1 year experience in relevant application area either as a Key User or consultant, good analytical skills, very good communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation.
Fluency in English is required.
