Job Description:
You will assist clients remotely interested in cutting their leases short before the lease maturity date and assist them through the process by working through internal CRM. Be part of a fast-paced environment closing car leases nationwide, with the unique potential of growth.
Job Scope:
- Working with new and existing customers to facilitate the lease exit and new vehicle leasing experience through Lease Terminator technology and our “Experience” process
- Communicating with consumers via email, social media, text and phone
- Following an established process to track leads all the way through to becoming customers
- Working with affiliate and marketing partners to generate new opportunities through demand generation activities
