- Training and User Documentation delivery: Preparation and distribution of user guides, video tutorials and exercises, Training delivery via numerous methods – in class, online, recorded, Training scheduling and tracking.
- Helping Users to answer their questions and advising on best case practices.
- New User provisioning: Raising Service Desk tickets on behalf of Managers, Setting up new Users in the system, Maintaining the Salesforce Org Chart up to date, Updating the Salesforce Role Hierarchy, Completing Compliance reviews.
- Salesforce administration: Setting up Campaigns and collaboration with Marketing department on Lead Generation, Administration of List Views, Page Layouts, security and field definitions, Data formatting and import, Building templates for data import, Helping with ongoing data cleanup projects, Implementing new functionality for each Salesforce Release.
- Salesforce development: Gathering Project Requirements and capturing them in Requirements Catalog, Coordinating with Business Stakeholders and the CRM team, Automation of business processes using declarative techniques such as Process Builder, Workflows, Flow Designer and Approval Processes, Testing system behavior, Adhering to the Continuous Integration framework.
- The ideal candidate would have some experience with the Force.com platform (Apex, Visualforce) and Lightning but also needs to have a good business acumen and be commercially oriented.
- Quick self-learner with passion for cloud technologies and business applications.
- General knowledge of Database Management and CRM systems.
- Experience with Apex/Force.com, Visualforce, Java, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript or any other programming languages is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification is required. Any other Certification would be an advantage but not required.
